To upload a document which would be visible to all staff members you would need to go to the Documents section.

1. Click on the 'Add Document' button and choose a file from your computer OR open your own computer folder, select a file or several files and simply drag/drop them into the gray "Drop File Here" area.

2. Click 'Start Upload'.

3. Find the document from the Documents List and click on 'Visible to all staff' row so that a green tick would appear. The document will now be visible to all staff members on staff portal in their Documents section.
