If the client cannot see the shifts in their PARiM portal for their locations, then this can be caused by the following reasons:

1. Client contact person does not have the access to this specific shift location. Please check what locations the client contact person has access to and if needed add the missing one.  Please open the client profile under Location tab and click on the contact person´s name to check and update the information:

2. The shift has been created for a different client on the same location. Please check and update your shifts to have the correct client. Open the specific shift under Schedule calendar to check the details:
