PARiM 'Absence' module allows you to enter the absence types which are used in your company and you can set the Holiday Year Start Date, Holiday Allowance and choose whether it is tracked in Days, Hours or Accrued percentage - read more about it here.

If the taken holidays/absences are not seen on people's profile, then it means that the absence type has been set up not to deduct from annual holiday allowance.  

Please change your Absence type settings under System settings:

  1. Open Absence Settings from System Settings

  2. Look up the specific absence type and click on it

  3. Finally, switch ON the 'Deduct from annual holiday allowance'

Now this Absence type will be taken from the annual holiday allowance and will show on people's profile.
