In this article, you can find out how to check your pay in mobile apps and the desktop version of Parim.

1. Viewing your pay in the desktop version of Parim.

To get an overview of all the shifts and hours that you have worked simply log into your account and go to the Timesheet tab. The filter allows you to choose the time period you worked in. Additionally, you can filter between different sites.

Total hours spent working and pay earned is then shown at the bottom of the page.

2. Viewing your pay in the mobile apps.

Information about your pay can be found by tapping More -> Pay.

Total pay page allows you to view either upcoming or past pay periods.

The dates here depend on your contract and it's pay schedule.

The large pay number is total pay. The amount consists of your confirmed and published shifts, confirmed expenses, jobs and confirmed paid absences. Pay with actions required is included as well.

The pay marked with red means that there is an action you need to take before it's confirmed. If no actions are needed, the number won't be visible.

The pay marked with yellow means that there is an action that your employer needs to take before it's confirmed. Again, if no actions are needed, the number won't be visible.

Tapping on one of the time periods guides you to a more detailed view.

The amount at the top of the page includes both confirmed and unconfirmed pay.

By default the list below shows all pay related entries for the time period you tapped on. However, it also lets you filter between pay in action required, pending and confirmed statuses.

Tapping on Pay Summary takes you to the next page.

Pay summary shows a breakdown of the pay received.

The breakdown separates pay earned from shifts, absences, jobs and expenses.

If the amount of pay for a specific type is 0, the category will not be visible under Pay Summary.

Troubleshooting.

1. The pay shown on the Total Pay is not accurate.

You should contact your employer.

2. The Pay page is different compared to what I see in the screenshots.

Some of the information is available or unavailable depending on how your company has set up Parim. For example, if the company does not require staff to confirm their timesheets, the requests to confirm timesheets (pay marked with red dot) won't be shown on Pay page.

3. I can't see the Pay menu in the app.

As the functionality is in beta status, most of our clients don't have access to this feature yet.

4. Pay Manager page does not load. Tapping on shifts does nothing.

Make sure the app is up to date. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If neither of these troubleshooting steps work, contact support through the chat bubble or email support@parim.co
