This article explains how to use PARiM app if you work for multiple companies that use our software.

1. Team name

Team name is your company's name in PARiM system. When an account is created for you in the system you will receive a welcome email with your company's team name and login details.

You can use the same email address for all PARiM environments. If you do, you will be presented with a selection of teams after entering your email address.


2. Using the shared device functionality

You can make it easier to switch between multiple accounts by using the shared device functionality.

Please follow the below steps to set up your account list:

  1. Log in to one of your accounts on the app with one of your accounts and tap on More

  2. Turn on the Shared device under Settings and choose to Add account

  3. Log in to the additional account by clicking on another team name

  4. Repeat the account adding until you have added all of your accounts

After you have set up your account list you will be able to switch between the accounts with only few taps:

  1. Open your app and account list is displayed

  2. Click on the account you want to access

  3. To switch accounts - please tap on More > Go back to account list

  4. Choose a different account


Please keep in mind that the accounts are not connected. Having a shift with one company does not prevent applying to a shift happening at the same time with another company. Please check you schedules on all of your accounts to avoid overlapping shifts.

You can also add shifts to your phone calendar by opening the shift info and clicking on 'Share' icon.
