Logging into PARiM

This article will explain how to access your PARiM account via the mobile app or the web portal:


1. How do I log into PARiM?

Mobile app

  1. Install the PARiM mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Open the app, enter your email address and click "Continue"

  3. Choose your team*

  4. Enter your password and click "Log in"

*This only applies if you have registered with multiple employers using the same email address

NB! If you are working for several employers who use PARiM, you can use the "Shared device" function in the PARiM mobile app to easily switch between your accounts. You can read more about it here: [link to "Shared device" article].

Web portal

  1. Go to https://login.parim.co/, enter your email address and click "Continue"

  2. Choose your team

  3. Enter your password and click "Login"

Alternatively, you can also go directly to your team's PARiM login page (e.g. https://[teamname].parim.co/) and log in from there.


2. I can't log into PARiM

There could be a few different reasons why you're unable to access your PARiM account. Please check the error message you received and refer to the relevant instructions below.


"You haven't activated your account yet. To activate your account, please find the Welcome email from PARiM and click on the Activation link there."

If you use the option "Join our team" on your employer's PARiM web portal, an email will be sent to your email inbox shortly, so you can activate your account and proceed with the application.

If you haven't received the welcome email in 10 minutes and it hasn't gone to your spam or junk folder, please contact your employer directly to create your account.


"You haven't been given access to the system yet. To gain access, call our office at [phone number]"

If you haven't used PARiM with this employer before, it means they haven't given you access to the system yet. Once they do, you will receive an email about it with further instructions.

If you have used PARiM with this employer before, your access has been revoked for some reason.

For more information, please contact your employer directly.


"No teams found for this email"

Please check if you have entered your email address correctly.

If you have used PARiM before, this means you have registered a different email address on your account. If you don't know what that email address is, please contact your employer, as they might be able to provide you with this information.

If you haven't used PARiM before, you must register a PARiM account first. Please contact your employer for further instructions.


"Email or password incorrect"

Please check if you've entered the password correctly. If you're unsure of the password or you keep receiving the error, use the option "Forgot password?", so we can send a password reset link to your email address.

If you haven't received the password reset email in 10 minutes and it hasn't gone to your spam or junk folder, please contact your employer directly to reset the password.


3. How do I change my password?

You can change your password in the PARiM web portal (but not the mobile app):

  1. Log into your account, click on your name in the top-right corner and select "My Profile":

  2. On the "My Profile" page, click on "Login details":

  3. Enter your new password and click "Save":


4. How long does it take for my account to be approved?

Once you've filled out your PARiM application, you will have to wait until your employer approves it before you can apply for shifts.

You can still log into your PARiM account before that, but you will only see your personal information along with this message:

Before contacting your employer, please double-check your account to ensure you have entered all the information they might need.

If you have done this and the profile is still taking a long time to be approved, you should contact your employer directly via email or phone.

Please note that PARiM is a software company that provides a platform for companies to manage their workforce, but we do not manage employee profiles directly.


If you are experiencing any problems logging in, you should contact your employer directly, as PARiM customer support does not manage employee accounts. If there is a technical problem or a bug, your employer should contact us directly.
