2. How do I check the pay for my shifts?

Mobile app

  1. Select "More" in the bottom-right corner

  2. Select "Pay"

The "Total pay" page allows you to view either upcoming or past pay periods.

The dates depend on your contract and its pay schedule.

The large pay number is the total pay. The amount consists of your confirmed and published shifts, confirmed expenses, jobs and confirmed paid absences.

The pay marked with red means there is an action you need to take before it's confirmed. If no actions are needed, the number won't be visible.

The pay marked with yellow means there is an action your employer needs to take before it's confirmed. If no actions are needed, the number won't be visible.

Click on a pay period for a more detailed view.

The amount displayed at the top of the page includes both confirmed and unconfirmed pay.

By default, the list below shows all pay-related entries for the period you selected. However, it also lets you filter between pay in "action required", "pending", and "confirmed" statuses.

Click on "Pay Summary" to see the breakdown.

Pay Summary displays a breakdown of the pay received.

The breakdown separates pay earned from shifts, absences, jobs and expenses.

If the amount of pay for a specific type is "0", the category will not be visible here.

Web portal

Go to "Timesheet", where you can see the pay for individual shifts and the total pay for the selected period:

The total pay for the selected period will be displayed in the bottom-right corner of the table.

You can change the period with date and location filters at the top of the page.

3. FAQ

When will I receive my pay in my bank account?

As the bank transfers are neither from PARiM nor made by PARiM, please check this with your employer.

I have been paid less/more than I should've

You should first check if your pay is correct in the PARiM app and/or the web portal.

If it is correct but doesn't correspond with the amount you received in your bank account, please contact your employer.

If the pay is also incorrect in PARiM, please check if any of your shifts have incorrect hours or hourly rates and contact your employer.

Where can I access and download my payslips?

As PARiM doesn't generate payslips, please check this with your employer.

If you are experiencing any problems with pay, you should contact your employer directly, as PARiM customer support does not directly manage employees. You can find your employer's contact details by going to "More" > "Contacts" in your PARiM mobile app. If there is a technical problem or a bug, your employer should contact us directly.
