If you have decided to cancel your PARiM subscription, you are solely responsible for providing the cancellation notice for your environment.
The cancellation notice has to be submitted by going to your environment's "Subscriptions" page and clicking on "Cancel subscription":
After clicking on "Cancel subscription", you will be required to fill a short cancellation form. Once we have received it, we'll start actioning your cancellation.
Last invoice for PARiM usage
If you submit the cancellation notice before or on the 15th calendar day of the month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month and your final invoice will be provided at the start of the next month.
If you submit the cancellation notice after the 15th calendar day of the month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the next month and your final invoice will be provided at the start of the following month.
Example: You decide to cancel your PARiM environment by filling out the cancellation form in "Subscriptions" > "Cancel subscription" on the 5th of March. This means that you will have access to PARiM services until the 31st of March and you will be charged for March usage on the 1st of April, which will be your final invoice.
Example 2: You decide to cancel your PARiM environment by filling out the cancellation form in "Subscriptions" > "Cancel subscription" on the 20th of March. This means that you will have access to PARiM services until the 30th of April and you will be charged for April usage on the 1st of May, which will be your final invoice.
Access to your PARiM environment
Once your PARiM environment has been cancelled at the end of the last billing period, you will no longer have access to your data (i.e. users, shifts, timesheets, locations, documents etc.) or any account information. All of your data will be promptly deleted from PARiM upon cancellation and this information cannot be recovered.

Good to know! PARiM, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of PARiM, or any other PARiM service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
