The Checkpoints report is there to give you an overview of how your staff is performing in the accuracy of their routes, check-calls and clocking in one place.

Similar to other reports, there are different filters available:

  • Time period

  • Department

  • Locations

  • Events

  • People

  • Problems

In the main report, there are different columns of data available to easily locate problems upon review along with one to show the success percentage of shift actions to summary everything:

Terminology clarifications:

OOZ - Out of zone, only shows up in an action happened outside of the allowed radius. Shows the distance outside of the allowed zone.

LE - Left early

Alarm L1 unacknowledged - Level 1 alarm was not acknowledged. Related to the alarm policy levels set up for check-calls. Check calls overview
