Troubleshooting
Q: I can see that the qualification has expired some while ago, but I can't see any mention of it in the email.
Please check if the qualification is properly set up in the System Settings > People > Qualifications, and then please check if the qualification is properly added to the employee.
In addition, the SIA badge checker only validates if the licence is valid, and the checks can only work for actively running Qualifications (not expired in Parim environment). If the Qualification has expired in Parim, then the Parim system has already tagged it as expired through the Dashboard page.
We recommend adding an extra day to the expiry date in Parim to ensure that the system will run a licence validation check.
Q: What do the messages mean in the email?
licence not found - SIA website does not show that there is such a licence
licence revoked - SIA website shows that there is such a licence, but it has been revoked
Q: How do I enable the SIA badge checker?
Our clients cannot activate the functionality, and there is a need to reach out to support - the module is activated in the background.
Q: Do I still receive emails when there is no conflict?
Yes, the check emails are sent once per day (usually in the morning) regardless of whether there are any conflicts.
Q: I cannot find the email.
Please check if it has not gone to Spam, Trash, Junk, or any other equivalent folder. If it has, please mark it as a trusted sender and move it out.
