1. Cancelling shifts in the PARiM mobile app
Click on a shift you would like to cancel
Click on "Cancel shift":
You have to replace the shift with an absence (click on "Select reason") and enter a comment explaining why you are cancelling the shift:
After you've selected the absence and entered a comment, click on "Cancel shift"
2. Cancelling shifts in the web portal
Click on a shift you would like to cancel
Click on "Cancel":
You have to replace the shift with an absence and enter a comment explaining why you are cancelling the shift:

3. FAQ
I only see the option "Call supervisor to cancel" instead of "Cancel shift"
If you see the option "Call supervisor to cancel" instead of "Cancel shift", it means the shift is scheduled to start in less than 24 hours or your employer doesn't allow employees to cancel their shifts.
Either way, please click on the button "Call supervisor to cancel" to see your supervisors' contact details and call them:
