Your gains from task lists:
Transparency and automation for the shift management
Faster communication between managers and employees
View task change history: when and who changed tasks
Filter timesheets to detect shifts with uncompleted tasks
Serving as reminders for staff on important shift duties

3. FAQ
1. Adding shift tasks
You can start creating tasks for your shifts on the Calendar page where you normally create new shifts. You can also add task lists to existing shifts.
If you want your employees always to leave comments for uncompleted task lists, you need to set it up in System settings => Time & Attendance. Only superadmins can access system settings. If you don't have access, ask a superadmin to enable the required comments.
2. Shift tasks in reporting
When shifts are finished, you can find timesheets with tasks on the Timesheets List page. They are not in the default view though which means that you need to turn on the tasks column.
You can filter timesheets with or without task lists or comments by using the sidebar filter on the left. If the timesheet has a comment, it means that there is an unfinished task.
3. FAQ
1. It takes a long time to create tasks for each individual shift. Is there a way to speed it up?
