Parim offers seamless integration with various third-party software tools. These integrations facilitate the secure transfer of data between Parim and selected partners, thereby minimizing errors and reducing manual effort. Please refer to the corresponding page in your Parim environment to find the full list of HR application tools.

The range of available applications and the specific data fields that can be transferred are subject to change over time.

Enabling an Integration

  1. Navigate to the "Integrations" section (located on the main navigation bar, in the top right corner).

  2. Select the desired application.

  3. Initiate the integration process.

  4. Enter the required keys.

Upon completion, the integrated application will be displayed in a distinct section of the main view.

Operational Integration

Once the integration is configured, all employee records (listed below) from the HR tool will be imported into Parim. The following statements apply at the current stage of the integration process and are subject to change over time.

  • When a new employee is added to the HR tool, the integration will automatically import the corresponding record into Parim.

  • Should an employee be removed from the HR tool, the integration will mark the corresponding record as terminated within Parim.

  • If an employee record with a matching email address already exists in Parim, that record will not be imported (emails are unique and only one can exist in one Parim environment at a time - the same email can be used in multiple Parim environments)

  • Data synchronization occurs every 24 hours.

  • Changes made to a record in the HR tool after its initial import will not be synchronized with Parim.

  • Conversely, modifications to employee records within Parim are not synchronized back to the HR tool.

The specific data fields that can be imported vary depending on the HR tool. The following is a list of the fields that can be imported:

Employee Fields:

  1. First name

  2. Last name

  3. ID (an editable ID field within the user profile in Parim for administrators)

  4. Email (required field)

  5. Contract start date

  6. Contract end date

  7. Date of birth

  8. User status

  9. Gender

  10. Employment type (a mandatory field in Parim, always set to "Standard")

  11. Mobile phone number

  12. Secondary phone number

  13. Address (this should be the employee's residential address, as Parim utilizes it to select personnel for shifts based on their proximity to the work location)

  14. Bank account IBAN
