The Digital Employee ID Card allows employees to display their work identification details directly in the Parim mobile app. It can be used to quickly verify identity, active work status, employer information, and current assignment details while on duty.
The Digital Employee ID Card is available in the Parim mobile app for employee users.
The following user roles do not have access to the Digital ID Card:

1. Enabling the Digital Employee ID Card
The following can only be managed by the superadmin role. To enable the functionality, please reach out to the superadmin in your environment.
To enable the feature:
Go to your Parim environment System Settings.
Navigate to People → General.
Locate the Digital Employee ID Card setting (above the Staff Portal FAQ section) and enable the toggle.

Enable Digital Employee ID Card
Enables or disables the Digital Employee ID Card for employees.
Show Employee ID on Digital Employee ID Card
Controls whether the Employee’s ID is displayed on the card (can be edited on the employee's profile) → This line may already be in use, e.g. for accounting purposes. Please check with your team first.
This setting is only available when the Digital Employee ID Card is enabled. When the Digital Employee ID Card is disabled, this setting is disabled and cannot be changed.
2. Where to locate the Digital Employee ID Card
The Digital Employee ID Card can be found and opened in the Parim mobile app:
Open the Parim mobile app.
Tap More from the bottom navigation.
Select My Employee ID.
The ID card is generated automatically using the user profile, current shift information, and the Parim Company Settings.
2.1 Information contained and displayed on the Digital Employee ID Card
The Digital Employee ID Card may contain the following information:
Date and Time
Displayed in real time
Name
The employee's full name
Picture
The employee's profile picture, if uploaded
Employee ID
The employee ID is configured on the employee profile.
Visibility depends on the Digital Employee ID Card setting - separate toggle.
If the employee ID field is empty, it is not displayed.
Employer
The Company name, taken from System Settings > Company > General
Company Logo
If a company logo has been uploaded, it is displayed on the card.
Default environment logos are not displayed.
Shift Location
The location of the employee’s currently ongoing shift.
If an area is assigned to the shift, it is displayed together with the location.
Employee status
On duty — the employee has clocked in to an ongoing shift, or the current time matches the scheduled shift time.
Off duty — the employee does not have a shift scheduled and is not currently on duty.

Why can't I see the Digital Employee ID Card?
