The Parim mobile app allows supervisors and managers to have an overview of the people's schedules, create new shifts, keep track of the running shifts, clock people in and out themselves, approve timesheets and much more.

You can download the mobile app using the links below:

1. Overview video

The Parim mobile app has a menu bar which is always displayed at the bottom of the screen for easier navigation. You will find the following menu tabs (from left to right):

Schedule, My schedule, Time Clock, People and More.

2. Schedule

You can create new shifts, review existing shifts based on the location and see the filled percentage as a chart. Assigning shifts to employees and publishing is also available in this section.

2.1 How to create a new shift on the mobile app?

To create a new shift, click on the round blue icon with the white "+" sign and select "Create new shift":

Specify the shift's parameters and select "Create only", if you don't want to publish the shift to staff yet. If you wish to publish the shift immediately, select "Create & publish":

In this section, you can find other useful aspects of your profile and more:

6.1 My Profile

View and edit your profile details. The full list of details can be edited on the Admin and Staff portal.

6.2 Timesheets

Here, Timesheets will appear, where staff members' timesheets (incl. yours) can be amended and approved (dependent on whether timesheet approval is required/turned ON in System Settings > Time & Attendance).

Shifts with red dots are shifts that require attention; green are approved.

6.3 Absences

Comment needs to be entered - it is a required field.

6.4 Availability

Adjust or enter your Availability periods from the schedule.

6.5 Pay

Check out a summary of your worked shifts for a period to forecast your salary (dependent on the Parim environment Pay Schedule setting).

6.6 Documents on mobile

A place to access Documents within the mobile app, which have been added to the Parim environment. Files can be Opened or Downloaded (disclaimer: some files may require alternative apps to view or open the file and need to be downloaded).

Important! Widely known image extensions (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif) and .pdf extension files can be opened through the app, while others may need to be downloaded.

The Documents view for admins is controlled by the Role Permissions set in the Parim admin portal.

  • Admins and Superadmins have full visibility and can see all uploaded documents.

  • Department Supervisors can view documents based on the specific permissions assigned to their role in the Role Permissions.

  • Location Supervisors have the same document view as regular staff; they can see only the files shared with them or those they have uploaded themselves.

  • Clients can also access documents in the app if admins have shared any files with them.

6.7 Contacts

Contact details for getting in touch with supervisors and/or operations (dependent on the Parim environment setup, and if enabled by the employer).
