This feature allows your employees to check who is working at the same Location as they are. The functionality shows other staff and the overlapping shift times.

The functionality is intended for staff to be able to see colleagues who work at the same time at a Location and help them organise work-related activities (i.e. transport), improving coordination and team awareness.

The functionality can be enabled in the System Settings > Time & Attendance.

Toggle is enabled - the feature is active for all locations

The employee can see coworkers assigned to the same Location (need to have a shift with the same Location parameter match). They also need to have at least 15 minutes of overlapping scheduled shift time.

Any shift that doesn't meet these requirements will be excluded from the view.

This means that the employee is able to see colleagues regardless of their position, department, qualification, or roles.

'Who's on shift' works with both Open and Assigned/Allocated shifts. The functionality can be located on the shift info itself when looking at the Open shift or already Assigned/Allocated shift.

Note: Employees will only see already other already approved and assigned employees. If there are no employees assigned and confirmed, there won't be anything displayed.

The same info is available for both Open and Assigned/Allocated shifts.

If employees have a shift at the same location, and the shift overlaps by at least 15 minutes, each overlapping shift will be visible on 'Who's on shift'. The functionality displays the full name of the employee and the overlapping work time range.
