This article will explain how to verify your phone number and email address, so you could rreceive communication sent through PARiM by your employer:


1. How to verify my email address?

You can verify your email address in the PARiM web portal (https://login.parim.co/).

  1. Click on "Verify your email address!" in the top-left corner:

  2. Select "Send" to receive a confirmation email to your email address:

  3. Go to your email inbox, open the email and click on "Verify email":


2. How to verify my phone number?

Verifying your phone number is only required if your employer has subscribed to the SMS & Voice module.

You can verify your phone number in the PARiM web portal (https://login.parim.co/).

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner

  2. Select "My Profile"

  3. Click on "Verify now" next to your phone number:

  4. Choose whether you'd like to verify your phone number by call or text message:

  5. Enter the 6 digit code you received and click "Verify":


3. FAQ

I clicked "Send", but haven't received a verification email to my inbox

Please check that you haven't made any typos in your email address. If the email address is correct, please check your spam folder. If there's nothing in your inbox or spam folder after 10 minutes, please contact PARiM customer support.

I don't see an option to verify my phone number

If your employer hasn't subscribed to the SMS & Voice module, there wouldn't be an option to verify your phone number.

I have verified my email address, but I'm still not receiving any notifications

Please check your email notification settings. For more information, have a look at this help article: https://support.parim.co/en/articles/6988233-notifications.


If you are experiencing any problems when verifying your contact details, you should first contact your employer directly, as PARiM customer support does not directly manage any employees. You can find your employer's contact details by going to "More" > "Contacts" in your PARiM mobile app. If there is a technical problem or a bug, your employer should contact us directly.
