Assign position, add position, people, employee, positions

Once you have entered positions into the system you can then assign them to people on the People page.

To add positions to multiple persons at once tick the relevant people and then use the 'With Selected' button to choose 'Add positions' option.


Next, a pop up window will open where you can select which positions you wish to add to these persons. Choose from drop down menu the position name and then on 'Add' to save the changes.

To add positions to an individual person there are two options. First, you can do it directly on the People page as well by clicking on the three dots next to the person´s name and choose 'Edit positions'. 

OR you can go to the person's profile to the Positions section and click on '+Add' to assign positions.
