This article explains what you can do in the PARiM mobile app as a manager:


1. Overview

PARiM mobile app allows supervisors and managers to have an overview of the people's schedules, create new shifts, keep track of the running shifts, clock people in and out themselves, approve timesheets and much more.

The PARiM mobile app has a menu bar which is always displayed at the bottom of the screen for easier navigation. You will find the following menu tabs: Schedule, My schedule Time Clock, People and More.


2. Schedule

You can create new shifts, review existing shifts based on the location and see the filled percentage as a chart. Assigning shifts to employees and publishing is also available in this section.

To create a new shift, click on the round blue icon with the white "+" sign and select "Create new shift":

Specify the shift's parameters and select "Create only", if you don't want to publish the shift to staff yet. If you wish to publish the shift immediately, select "Create & publish":

You can review your shift history and future shifts:


4. Time Clock

Review and manage daily clocking activity in real-time:


5. People

Review basic employee data such as shift info, timesheets, absences and pay:

Good to know! On the employee profile, you can see their emergency contacts.


6. More

In this section, you can find other useful aspects of your profile and more:

My Profile - View and edit your profile details. Full details can be edited on the Staff portal.

Timesheets - amend and approve your timesheets.

Absences - request holiday, sick leave and other absences.

Availability - show your entered availability periods from the schedule.

Pay - check out a summary of your worked shifts for a period to forecast your salary.

Contacts - contact details for getting in touch with supervisors.

Settings - configure notifications, shared app mode, and timezone settings for your profile on the app. Further notification settings are available on the Admin portal.

Support - access to support articles and support chat.

Resynchronise with PARiM - to fully sync your app, used for troubleshooting any app issues.

Log out - the button to log out.
