The Statistics bar is available from the Professional plan and higher.

One of PARiM's tools that will add a visual overview to your Schedule page is 'Statistics Bar'. It gives a direct overview of how many shifts and hours have been assigned or are still open, the total hours covered for an individual and for the time period. 

The 'Statistics Bar' can be easily switched ON/OFF if you click on the Tools button and then simply click on Statistics Bar:

The green row stands for confirmed shifts, the yellow for pending shifts that are still waiting to be confirmed and the blue stands for the open shifts which have not yet been assigned to people.

Tools like a 'Statistics Bar' can be included in the Saved View and after that, you can always open your saved view with the 'Statistics Bar' displayed. Please read more on how to save views in our 'Filters' article.
