PARiM´s Absence module allows you to track your employees different type of absences and decide whether you would like to pay the absence out in the first payout period or divide it over multiple payout periods if the absence is over different periods.
Please open 'Absence Settings' section within System setting to decide how you generally want to pay out the absences.
'Split Absences Pro-rata Between Pay' is OFF, then this means:
Absence with pay total amount is pre-filled in the first payout period
'Split Absences Pro-rata Between Pay' is ON, then this means:
Absence with pay amount is pre-filled to multiple payout periods if absence is over multiple period
Good to know! You can always decide within specific Absence edit/add dialogue if you would like to pay the full amount out in the first payout period or split it over the periods. The 'Split Absences Pro-rata Pay' switch will determine how the absence pay details are pre-filled automatically by the system.
