How to edit Account Statuses?

PARiM has three different 'Account Statuses' for employees on the system - Pending, Active and Terminated. You can change the account statuses on the 'People' page using one of the following options:

1. Change Account status for multiple people with one go - please select the employees whose account status you would like to change and click on 'With Selected' and choose from the drop-down 'Set Status'. In the next dialogue, you can set a new status and click on 'Confirm'


2. Change Account status for one person - please look up the employee on the People page and click on the three-dot menu and then choose from the drop-down menu 'Set Status'. In the 'Set Status' dialogue, you can set a new status and click on 'Confirm'
