PARiM's Pay Run report includes all the information needed to pay your employees based on the assigned shifts, jobs and absences. The report is based on pay periods, that are defined with Pay Schedules that have been added to Employment Types and to your employees.

Actual hours versus scheduled hours

Pay Run report is based on the timesheet hours and your module subscription along with system setting preferences. The hours on the report can be either the actual or the scheduled worked hours.

The scheduled hours are the ones that come straight from the Schedule page and are not depending on any clocking actions or timesheet approval. The timesheet has the exact same times as the shift on the Schedule. Actual hours are the ones that come from the Time Clock page. If you allow your employees to clock in and out of the shifts, then the timesheet hours will be based on these clocking actions and the timesheet values can be approved/amended on the Time Clock page.

2. Time&Attendance module is activated, but scheduled hours are preferred for the Pay Run report under System Settings - if you wish to update timesheets on the Pay Run report, then corrections need to be made on the Schedule page

3. Time&Attendance module is activated, clocking is not allowed for employees and actual hours are preferred for the Pay Run report and timesheets are approved without any changes - if you wish to update the timesheet on the Pay Run report, then corrections need to be done on the Time Clock page
